A lull in the high winds is expected Friday night into early Saturday morning. * WHERE...Central Carbon County, Ferris/Seminoe/Shirley Mountains, Shirley Basin, Upper North Platte River Basin, and North Laramie Range. * WHEN...Until midnight MDT Saturday Night. * IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing dust could lead to reduced visibility.
